Website Maintenance Service: As a valued client of WebExpert NZ Ltd, we offer an optional but highly recommended Website Maintenance Service for your website. This service aims to ensure the optimal performance, security, and reliability of your website throughout the year.
Annual Maintenance Fee: The Website Maintenance Service is subject to an annual charge of $300 for basic WordPress website, payable in advance for each consecutive year. This fee covers the cost of essential website maintenance tasks, including plugin updates, WordPress core updates, security patches, and quarterly backups.
Scope of Maintenance Service: The Website Maintenance Service includes the following key aspects:
a. WordPress Plugin Updates: We will regularly update all plugins and extensions used on your website to their latest stable versions. These updates help enhance functionality, security, and compatibility with the latest web standards.
b. WordPress Updates: We will ensure that your WordPress installation is up to date with the latest stable version. Keeping WordPress current is crucial for security and performance improvements.
c. Security Patches: We will promptly apply necessary security patches and fixes to protect your website from potential vulnerabilities and threats.
d. Quarterly Backups: We will perform quarterly backups of your website to safeguard your valuable data. These backups will enable us to restore your website in case of any unforeseen issues.
Optional Service: While the Website Maintenance Service is optional, we strongly advise opting for it to maintain the long-term health and security of your website. Websites that are not regularly updated and maintained are more susceptible to security breaches, performance issues, and compatibility problems.
Duration and Renewal: The Website Maintenance Service will be valid for one year from the date of payment. At the end of the yearly term, you will have the option to renew the service for subsequent years.

Limitation of Liability: While we take utmost care and diligence in performing website maintenance tasks, we cannot guarantee absolute immunity from potential issues or damages that may arise despite our efforts. By opting for the Website Maintenance Service, you acknowledge that we shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or disruptions arising from events beyond our control.
Modifications to the Service: We reserve the right to modify the Website Maintenance Service and its associated fees with prior notice. However, any changes will not affect the ongoing maintenance period for which you have already paid.
